  1. Payment & Refund: Payment for the program is non-refundable, except within 60 days of the program start date with proof of active participation. See full terms for details.

  2. Access & Participation: Participants must engage in the program in good faith and complete all 1:1 coaching sessions by the program end date.

  3. Intellectual Property: Program materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed or reproduced.

  4. Confidentiality: Participants must maintain the confidentiality of program information.

  5. Liability: The Company is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the program fee.

  6. Termination: The Company may terminate access to the program for violations of terms.
