These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Empowered Leadership Program ("Program") offered by True Increase ("Company"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in the Program.

  1. Program Description:
  • The Empowered Leadership Program is designed to provide coaching and educational resources to enhance leadership skills and personal development.
  • The Program includes online courses, live coaching sessions, workshops, and other materials provided by the Company.
  1. Enrollment and Payment:
  • To enroll in the Program, Participants must complete the registration process and submit payment as specified on the Company's website.
  • Payment for the Program is non-refundable, except as provided in the Company's refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy:

  • We are confident that our program will provide you with the breakthrough you've been searching for. We stand behind our program with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, simply contact us within 60 days of your program start date and we will issue a full refund.
  • To qualify for the refund, we require proof of active participation in the program, including but not limited to attending the live sessions, completing the video modules, and the completion of lesson activities. We are committed to you having the best possible experience and results from our program, which is why we ask for your active participation.
  1. Program Access and Participation:
  • Upon enrollment, Participants will be granted access to the Program materials through the Company's online platform.
  • Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Participants agree to engage in the Program in good faith, actively participate in assigned activities, and abide by any guidelines provided by the Company.
  • All 1:1 coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed no later than the final date of the program. Failure to schedule or complete calls is a forfeiture of the session.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • All materials provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to course content, videos, worksheets, and other resources, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Participants may only use Program materials for their personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of Program materials is strictly prohibited.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Company or other Participants during the Program.
  • Participants may not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than their participation in the Program without the prior written consent of the Company.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties:
  • The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome or results that Participants may achieve as a result of participating in the Program.
  • The Program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • The total liability of the Company for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant for the Program.
  1. Termination:
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, in its sole discretion.
  • Upon termination, Participants will no longer have access to the Program materials and will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.

  1. Changes to Terms:
  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By enrolling in the Empowered Leadership Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not enroll in the Program.
